For years, I tried everything: therapy, relaxation techniques, acupuncture, medications, supplements, countless doctor visits…but nothing brought lasting relief.

 

After two decades of sleepless nights, I finally discovered Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). It was the only approach that truly worked - and it gave me my life back.
